The 1912 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Engine is a 6 cylinder 12 valves engine with a maximum speed of 49.7mph. In 1906 the vehicle it powered was then known as the Rolls Royce 40/50 hp car. But when the 12th 40/50 hp was produced the name was changed to Silver Ghost.
