Ford Anglia 100E 2-door Saloon cars was in production from 1953 through to 1959 of which about 345,842 units were bring sold. The 4-door saloon version was known as Ford Prefect. Ford Anglia 100Es had a very small 1.2 litre Straight 4 inline engine. In the 1950s they were advertised as the world's cheapest small car.
