Stampe Vertongen SV-4C bi-plane is motorised by a Renault 4-P engine producing a 140HP. Two Belgians, Jean Stampe and Maurice Vertongen founded their company in 1922, at first they began as a flying instructors, but in 1923 they took up an interest in aircraft production.
