The Viper Zero Jet Fighter is really the F-16s Fighting Falcon. but the USAF pilots who has flown the F16 gave it the nickname "The Viper," a name from space science fiction Battlestar Galactica spacecraft fighters. Japanese pilots name their version of the F-16s, Viper Zero.
